Increase the Minimum Wage Rate
Objective
To improve the overall standard of living for minimum wage workers by providing them with a more appropriate income level to handle the cost of living increases.
Our Project
We are paying a salary of 8 USD/Day (Legal minimum wage is around 5 USD) for the workers directly employed in our plantations and factory

Healthy Eating Events in Schools
Objective
To activate a school to achieve its potential to improve health and for the community to understand the importance and feasibility of improving health through schools

We provide breakfast in the classroom of selected 3 schools to ensure that all students can have a nutritious breakfast at school
Further conducting Games and activities to teach children about food and healthy eating with available resources within the estate

Support Pregnant Women & New Mothers in the plantations and factory
Objective
To help the woman to increase the quality of her diet in protective nutrients as well as energy to meet the elevated needs of gestation and after this period

The pregnant women from underprivileged families in our estates and factories are receiving monthly food support, and vitamin and mineral supplements to improve their nutrition during pregnancy

Donate Dry Foods for Elders
Objective

There are 30 old age persons in the coconut plantation families able to eat nutritious food in time without depending on others

Provide a vegetarian nutrition meal rich in iron for estate workers and their family members who suffering from Iron Anemia
